Placing An Order Via E-Mail

Placing An Order Via Regular Mail

To place an order in regular mail, please:

• Print out, complete, and mail the order form to the address shown on the contact page.
• Enclose a personal check, bank draft, or money order drawn in U.S. Dollars with your order form.
  • We strongly suggest you do not send cash through the mail.
  • We cannot accept COD orders or foreign currency at this time.

To place an order via telephone, please call the office and be prepared to provide the following information.

Placing An Order Via FAX

To place an order via FAX, please fill out the order form, and FAX a copy to our office.

Shipping

• Please allow at least two weeks for delivery
• Standard shipping is 4th class media mail within the United States.
• There will be an additional charge for shipping outside the US; please contact us for further information.
• If you desire alternate shipping arrangements, please note your desired shipping method when ordering. You will also need to add an amount sufficient to cover the additional shipping charge. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions.

International Orders

• There will be an additional charge for shipping outside the US; please contact us for further information.
• Books ordered from the web site and marked as "Includes International Shipping" have the cost of international shipping included in the listed price. If you are ordering more than three books, and would like a quote for a combined shipping rate, or have any questions, please contact us.

Other Information

• Your telephone number, e-mail address, etc. will be used only to notify you if there is some problem in shipping.
• For quantity orders of 25 or more books, please call for special pricing!

If you place an order other than from the web site, or do not wish to use your credit card on-line, and you would like us to charge your order to a credit card, you must either:

• Send a FAX.
• Send a letter.

You must send or tell us:

• The complete name on the front of the card.
• The card number.
• The expiration date.
• The "security code" on the back of the card.
• The contact information you included with your order, so we can match the credit card information to the correct order.

If you wish to use some other form of payment, such as a personal check, bank draft, or money order drawn in U.S. Dollars please use regular mail to send it with your order form.
