Placing an Order via Regular Mail

You can use regular mail to place your order:

• Print out and complete the Ordering Form.
• At this time we cannot accept COD orders. Please enclose a personal check (or cheque), bank draft, or money order drawn in U.S. Dollars, with your Ordering Form when you mail it to us. We strongly suggest you do not send cash through the mail.
• We will email you to acknowledge receipt of your order, and again when your order has been shipped.
• Please allow two weeks for delivery.
• Standard shipping will be 4th class or Media Mail. If you desire alternate shipping arrangements, please note them on your Ordering Form. There is an additional charge for shipping outside the United States; for further information, please contact us. Be sure to add sufficient shipping to your Total, if you choose this option.

• Please indicate your preferred form of payment, i.e. check, bank draft, money order, or credit card
